Access is by a narrow lane from the street.  All houses are generally over three levels. Each property has an address and garage to the lane, with small and large courtyard spaces to the north and south.

White registered masonry and flat-painted light sight sheeting to walls are composed with large areas of glazing and screening in both timber and aluminium in response to a need for privacy and identity.
