The masterplan locates new development to the urban street edges, with dense tropical landscaping providing a more amenable buffer to the sometimes less secure environment of Port Moresby’s public spaces. The heart of the development includes a large central courtyard, formally landscaped and incorporating a large swimming pool, sun terrace, gym, recreational facilities, and a significant street based retail and café/restaurant precinct. Buildings are arranged to ensure mutual privacy, to maximise the extensive views from the site and to respond to the development demands for smaller scale development in the early stages to a larger scale, taking advantage of the value attracted by earlier stages.

The apartments will offer a level of luxury not yet seen in Port Moresby he commercial offices offer a variety of space types from the traditional Asian shop house, to options from small multi-tenant floors, to exceptionally large typical floors to suit the variety of demands in the Port Moresby market. The 500 room hotel will be the largest in PNG and will be of a genuine 4star international standard, with access to the vitality of the central courtyard spaces. All buildings are designed to be extremely cost effective, climatically responsive and with a high level of ecological sustainability. Development Approval was received in early 2015 and construction is expected to start in early 2017.
