Office fitout on Levels 1 to 13, of Communications House. Over 1,000 staff and their resources are accommodated in the building. This includes an executive floor on Level 13 which houses the Group Managing Director, Commercial and Consumer Divisions. Staff density has been increased to approximately 14 square metres/person. Facilities include a large computer room and cafeteria/kitchen for staff and executive level. This was a staged project, floor by floor, with Telstra in occupation throughout the refurbishment. Subsequent base building refurbishment works included alterations to all core toilets and tea rooms over 10 floors, staged to suit stringent occupancy standards of Telstra Australia.
