Wayne joined Shane Thompson Architects in early 2016 after completing his Masters in Architecture from UQ in 2015. Throughout his studies he has developed a passion in creating sustainable architecture with the implementation of the latest technology and materials. 

He believes that architecture is not just created for the present, but how the building will evolve in the future. Therefore, architecture is a timeless art form in which the manipulation of movement and atmosphere can evoke emotion in people occupying the space, which can evolve over time to suit the user needs. Along with Wayne's passion in architecture, his other interests include piano, rock climbing and badminton.
