STA win the competition for an exclusive new apartment complex at Brookwater

Springfield Land Corporation and White & Partners announced yesterday that STA had been successful in the invitation only design competition for an exclusive apartment complex to be developed on a prime site on the internationally acclaimed, Greg Norman designed, Brookwater Golf Course. This will be the first stage of an exclusive new community overlooking the fairways of the 1^st and 2^nd holes. Our concept is based on creating a community of apartment buildings, rather than a singular building on this sensitive bushland site. All apartments have been designed to provide a relaxed and comfortable sub-tropical lifestyle, they are generous in size and offer flexible living arrangements. All will enjoy a wide frontage with a northern aspect, excellent cross ventilation, high levels of acoustic and visual privacy and lock up double garages with space for a gold buggy in the basement. The design is conceived as a group of pavilions which step across and down the gently sloping site where large outdoor living terraces exploit the outlook and aspect.
