Elements of Byron Resort

This latest aerial photo illustrates that the resort is now substantially complete. The Central Facilities can now be clearly seen with the completed roof in the middle ground, with many of the accommodation villas, scattered within the existing dunal landscape. This project has provided a rich journey for all involved, an amazing site right on the beachfront at North Byron, working with an even more amazing client with a strong vision. So many collaborators have made critical contributions along the way, a genuine team effort, from the insightful cooperation of the Byron Shire Council to Coop Creative for Interior Design, PPS Builders in constructing the accommodation and Bennett Construction for accepting the challenge of building the Central Facilities. As well as the many consultants along the way, most notably RPS Landscape Architects, Ardill Payne for Civil Engineering and Westera Partners for the structural engineering on the accommodation. A project like this, unique in Australia, needs a tenacious and committed client, and that we most certainly have had.
