490 Consulting Suites Structure Completed

Structure is now complete and work is about to commence on the installation of the curtain wall and sunshading for 490 Consulting Suites. This inner city mini tower of 5 levels and 3 basements, constructed in the "backyard" of a small lot retains the original historic timber cottage to the street. The concrete structure, including boundary walls and lift and stair core, is finished in a special white concrete mix and will be left unfinished. Thanks to our client Spraybuilt, both developer and builder for their commitment to the quality of the project. When completed the tower and cottage will be integrated to provide medical consulting suites and associated car parking to service the adjoining St Andrews Hospital complex.
